  Before I start, I want to make it known that I was not asked to write this review. I have worked here for the last 3 months. I understand that may not seem like a long time and you are probably thinking that I'm just a biased employee who wants to make her employer look good. This is not the case. Here's a little background about me. I LOVE animals. Ever since I was little, I've wanted to live on a farm and own horses, dogs, cats, goats, you name it. About a year ago, I volunteered with a rescue group named Ruff Start Rescue. Since then, I've driven down to Texas twice to rescue dogs from the Harris County Humane Society and transported them back up here to give them the loving homes they all deserve. I was looking for a new job when one of the boarding members approached me and told me about Lucky Pets! Amazing staff and I get to spend my day with dogs and cats?! What more could i want! I have nothing but love and compassion for not only animals but for people as well. When owners drop their dogs off at Lucky Pets, they are given all the love and attention they could want. We truly treat these fur babies as if they were our own. Your fur babies will get between 4-8 hours of interactive play time with the other dogs and the staff. We understand that owners are busy and tired at the end of the day so we do everything we can to make sure they are just as worn out as you are at pickup. A tired dog is a happy dog! :) I am very proud of the new management and what has been set in stone since she's been here. We now have artificial grass in our 'Pee Park' which has been an amazing asset this winter while our 'Play Parks' are temporarily out of order due to the snow and wanting to keep the babies as warm and comfortable as possible. We also have a new trainer/assistant manager who has already had a HUGE impact on the atmosphere of the company. He's literally an animal whisperer. There are many great things to come and I couldn't be more excited for this company! If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask any of the wonderful boarding or retail staff we have. We're always willing to give a tour and listen to any concerns you may have and do what we can to make sure you have the best experience possible!
